ABSTRAK
Masalah yang hendak di cari jawabannya dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana SIA pemberian kredit pada PD. BPR Rokan Hulu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis SIA pemberian kredit pada PD. BPR Rokan Hulu. Metode pengumpulan data yang dipakai penulis adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa unit organisasi yang terkait dalam preosedur pemberian kredit tidak terpusat pada satu bagian saja. Dan bagan alir tentang proses prosedur SIA pemberian kredit sudah menerapkan prinsip kehati-hatian dengan mengikuti prosedur pemberian kredit yang sehat. Dari hasil analisis tersebut diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan SIA pemberian kredit pada PD. BPR Rokan Hulu sudah efisien. Unit organisasinya sudah mencerminkan pembagian tanggung jawab yang telah dilakukan oleh lebih dari satu bagian serta dalam melakukan aktivitas telah terdapat pemisahan tugas, wewenang dan tanggung jawab yang jelas. Bagan alir tentang proses prosedur SIA pemberian kredit sudah menerapkan prinsip kehati-hatian dengan mengikuti prosedur pemberian kredit yang sehat, yang terdiri dari 5 (lima) tahap.

ABSTRACT
Issues to be in search of the answer in this study is how SIA credit on PD. RB Rokan Hulu. The purpose of this study is to analyze credit SIA on PD. RB Rokan Hulu. Data collection methods used are interviews and documentation writers. From the results of the analysis indicate that the organizational units involved in lending preosedur not concentrated on one part only. And the flow chart of the process of granting credit SIA procedures already apply the precautionary principle to follow sound lending procedures. From the analysis above it can becon cluded that the implementation of SIA credit on PD. BPR Rokan Hulu is efficient. Organization alunitsal ready reflects the division of responsibilities that had been done by more than one part, and the activity was the resegregation of duties, powers and responsibilities are clear. Flow chart of the process of granting credit SIA proceduresal ready apply the precaution ary principle to follow sound lending procedures, which consists of 5 (five) stages.
